The wait for blood tests take so long

We were seen by a consultant on time but waiting for bloods to be taken for the last 1 hour. I have no clue why they are taking so long.

They don't explain what the medication is

They don't say much they just prescribe medication. They don't tell me what it is.
She can't stop scratching. It isn't very good.

A long wait to see the doctor for 5 minutes

Helpful but you have to wait a long time and see the doctor for 5 minutes and then you go home. It's a long wait for such a short time spent with the doctor. On the other side it is good as it shows there isn't anything serious though.

Was seen at A&E within 30 minutes.

I took my 3 year old son to A&E and was seen within 30 minutes. Very good service.

They have improved my sons condition

The treatment provided here has helped in improving my sons condition. The staff are amazing and I can get appointments very easily.

Long wait to access Audiology department

Long wait for Audiology appointment. My child is losing her hearing very rapidly and need to see a doctor urgently but we can't get an appointment in the near future which makes me very worried.

My son received excellent treatment.

My son was an inpatient at the Neuro ward for 10 days and received excellent treatment. The communication with the family about the treatment and aftercare was very good. He is regularly seen at the clinic for the check ups and the progress review.

I believe I wasn't being listened to.

I have been coming here since before covid. The hospital as a whole is very good but on a personal note I believe I was not listened to properly on a number of occasions. It was very hard to put my points across through to the consultant.
