Not very helpful. They worked with him for three days and then discharged him. They didn't turn up to one appointment they were supposed to come to either. We asked for a face to face meeting and on Sunday they came out for 10 minutes then Monday attended an MDT meeting and signed him off. Not helpful at all. Useless. They wouldn't even provide me with a letter to give to the school.

We see lots of specialist nearly every month. Very supportive and good care provided. Very good communication about upcoming appointments too.

They can run a bit late but the doctors and nurses are helpful. They explain things very well.

Appointments are given quickly and the doctor is fine. The staff are helpful.

They need more phone lines to book appointments but otherwise it's good.
