Brilliant surgeon, informative and helpful. They answered questions. The appointments run on time.

We went to haematology and they were very welcoming and friendly. It was busy today so we had to wait longer, but it isn't usually that busy. They're caring and understanding.

We came for my daughter's audiology appointment. They are on top of things. They did cancel an appointment before and I only found out when I arrived. They did reschedule it.

My son was an inpatient on ward 10 neurosurgery for 2 and a half weeks. Generally it was really good, the staff were really good. A couple of times there was no toilet paper and the staff said they couldn't replace it until domestic staff came back in. They were welcoming though and the doctors and nurses, but they didn't offer us a tour of the ward.

Very good at ENT clinic. My daughter stayed for 3 days and it was very professionally run.
