I was referred to ENT and today I saw a very helpful consultant. They explained the condition and the treatment plan for it very well.

I can't fault A&E. It's better than outpatients. At least they provide medication and try to diagnose the problem.

The have done tests 7 times now and still unsure what to do. Complete lack of care and diagnosis.

The pharmacy provides a 5 star service with excellent customer service. The facilities at the hospital are excellent and so too are the staff. The parking is horrible as it can take a while to find parking.

It was busy at A&E but my son was seen twice in two hours by a nurse for initial assessments and gave him pain relief. After two hours the doctor provided excellent treatment.

The referral here was quick and the ENT consultant was great help. The medication is also working well for my son.

Always very quick in dispensing medication. It took 15 minutes last time.
