Blood tests were given to my 6 year old. The receptionist told us to take a ticket. They were quick and kept daughter calm and spoke to her.

We got referred here by Warwick hospital. Tests have taken 7 months. They have been very nice. The reception staff are good. The staff listened to our concerns and answered our questions.

Referred by the GP in June 2024 and the appointment wasn't until February 2025 then it got delayed until today. It has taken a long time.
