Very helpful staff. We can get and change appointments very easily. The consultant listens to me and engages with me about my treatment and medication.

I'm collecting my daughter's medicine. The staff are friendly and they have been good at pharmacy and A&E.

It took a whole day to been at A&E by a consultant. It was very very busy. The staff were very polite but there were a lack of doctors and staff. Fours years on the consultant still says the problem with my hand was because of stress. If they can't diagnose it, I understand but blaming stress or home issues isn't acceptable.

My son fractured his knee and was treated at A&E. We waited for 3 hours but the care and treatment was second to none.
Endocrinology is fine and thorough

That's fine, he is here once or twice a year. The consultant is quite good and picked up on other things and made the referrals we needed. Quite thorough.

ENT is fine, we don't come that often and it's usually a quick in and out. It can be difficult to contact them and the reception staff don't forward on emails.

Audiology is good. Communication is good. They're friendly and welcoming. They're patient with my son and because we aren't getting definite results we have to keep attending which isn't their fault.
