It's gone down hill.

It's not the same as it was 3 years ago. It's gone down massively. There's no empathy with staff and I feel that the care is not there anymore. It's just gone down hill.
I could see them without another referral

My son has eczema and was under the dermatologist and discharged. He had a relapse and they had previously informed that that I could contact them and see the dermatologist instead of going through the whole referral process again. I really liked that and it gave me huge confidence in the service.

The service is good. The waiting time is fine. The communication system is very good.

The doctors and staff are very supportive. I am able to understand everything the say. The communication system like emails and appointments is very good.

Skilled and respectful doctors

Very skilled doctors and they give you enough time and respect during appointments. Everything is fine but the parking is rubbish and expensive.

Check in was smooth

Referred from the women's. It was meant to be 2 weeks but they lost our referral and it has been 3 weeks and we now have an appointment. The check in at outpatients was smooth. I am waiting to see a doctor now which shouldn't take too long.
