We were referred from Princess Royal and were seen immediately as it didn't take long for the appointment to come through. The first visit was easy to navigate and the reception staff are very friendly.

Cranial facial requested a picture of his head and then gave us an appointment for 2 days later. They told us what was going to happen and the next steps and asked us if we had any questions and to get in touch with them if we have any.
