Ward 5 were brilliant.

They were brilliant on ward 5. She had an operation the next day. It was perfect, the operation went well and she stayed for 3 days. She wasn't a fan of the food but the stay was great.
It's all good at fracture clinic.

They are on the ball at A&E. Really good. Because it was an RTC, she went straight into triage, she was there for 4 hours before being put on a ward.

It's our fourth visit to the fracture clinic and it's all fine. It's all good with arranging appointments. I had to come for an emergency appointment and they arranged it for the next day.

The audiology department call him by name, they remember him and they try to get him involved. He knows the drill and he looks forward to it.

The burn has not improved

I took my daughter to A&E with a burn. After already being told by the GP to go to a pharmacy and them telling me to use Sudocrem, which didn't work. The Children's however booked me to dermatology to see a specialist. They have said it will heal and discharged us 5 months ago but it has not improved.
