Always give right information

It's our first visit for my child today, but the receptionist was lovely. They send text messages and letters are sent in the post prior to the appointment. We were referred from Manor Hospital and have been waiting quite a few months, I've had to chase what was going on as its a problem that's been going on for too long.
Can't fault them

We used the ENT department and my daughter has a scan done. Been here years, they're brilliant can't fault them, they're fantastic, they're always really helpful.
I like the hospital and entertainment

They give you entertainment whilst you wait for your appointment. It's my first time here but I like it.

It's very convenient, the staff are very helpful and I've had no problems at all. I've found it very easy to access out patients and found the building very well signposted.
Good job caring for son

The hospital is very good, it's the best. My 5 year old son comes here. He's had very good care here. They did a very good job caring for my son, I love the hospital

Fine no problem, quick and flexible If I can’t make an appointment they send out another one more suitable.

Hospital wait is a bit excessive and can vary from each visit. The staff are all really good. He has seen a lot of people over the years, No issues with the staff.
Play through service helped him

My 7 years old copes really well with using the service, play through service helped him with coping with the appointment process. So he lets them take his blood pressure and understands more what’s going on.

Been fine, straight in to see doctor. Straight out , not much waiting.
