Get good amount of notice about appointments

					We have been a few times and it's been a good experience. Nurses and doctors are good. I come to the cleft clinic and we get good notice about our appointments.

					Referred to Audiology but I am not sure if my daughter will still be referred onto SALT. Will wait to see what the doctor says. They have booked the appointment straight away, no messing around.

					I use A&E for the children sometimes and I can wait a while but they are always helpful and help my children.

					Not good. When your child is sick you have to wait a long time. My son had something wrong with his heart when I took him last month. The doctors didn't know what was wrong with him.
				
				
				
														A six hour wait with an 8 month old baby

					Very bad. I was in the emergency department for 6 hours which is a big problem. Got there at 1am and left at 8am. I was brought in by ambulance with my 8 month old. They said they have a system but its a big problem.

					Under a specialist (respiratory and diabetes) and they have been brilliant. They keep up with the appointments and I can contact them anytime. We have our own nurse to contact too. I can't fault them. They are also good at keeping me informed too.
				
				
				
														Wary due to high number of measles cases

					My daughter hurt her knee and I was wary with the high levels of measles cases at the hospital it made me wary about taking her. They were good but I was wary.
