It's okay, but its kind of long for them to call your name for the appointment. It's okay seeing the doctor. They let me know what is happening.

I have been attending for many years. The staff make the children feel at ease; they have colouring sheets and crayons for waiting children and generally have an affable demeanour. There can be a wait if you are using several services with the one appointment, however, the experience has been very positive and we are most fortunate to have this service for our children.
Always crowded but they help me

That place is always crowded. So you end up spending the whole day there. Usually can take up to 6 hours. They do help me when I go there, and my daughter.

Referral from GP. Been for blood tests and no issues with pediatrician or waiting or getting through. Can wait a long time for blood tests.

Really good, waiting times can be longer but continuity of seeing the same doctor definitely got the help I needed.

Its been good. daughter had severe eczema and the doctors have sorted it. If only GP had sent her 4 years ago wouldn’t had all these sleepless nights.
