The consultant listens to us

My son is being treated at the dermatology clinic and has for the last 2 years. The staff are amazing. The consultant is brilliant and listens to our concerns and explains everything well.

Follow up appointments are very slow.

The follow up at dermatology clinic is very slow. You have to chase for appointments yourself. Very poor communication regarding follow up appointments.

Excellent support and care from oncology

Seen quickly at A&E

We have visited A&E here a number of times and were seen pretty quickly but a very good doctor.

The consultant at neurology is amazing.

My daughter had an appointment at the Neurology clinic. The consultant is amazing. He explained everything very well and discussed a future action plan with us.

They give you an appointment at audiology any time you ask. The treatment is good and the doctors are very friendly.

The service at phlebotomy is very good. It is very busy today but other days it's fine. The doctors are very nice.

They sorted the prescription

I had to come to the hospital to get the medicines I needed as the pharmacy didn't have it and the GP couldn't sort it.
