Out of hours are the worst
September 16, 2022
Out of hours (weekends, bank holidays) are the worst. Any worries and concerns over this time is stressful.
A&E is always a pain
September 16, 2022
A&E is always a pain. My son being an out patient you would have thought he would be a priority being well known since a baby. Other than this issue the doctors and nurses are all very polite and caring. They listen to the parents and take our worries and feelings into account.
Cleft department was really good

Cleft department was really good, explained things in a way I would understand.
Through Covid it was terrible
September 16, 2022
Through Covid it was terrible. My daughter needed my support but the security guard would not let two of us in but was allowing other families. Felt targeted.

They have been a lot more helpful
September 16, 2022
Only been a few times, they have been a lot more helpful than other hospitals used in past. They have been quite quick – seen consultant in time and an appointment come through quite quickly.

It’s a thumbs up.
They are brilliant
September 16, 2022
They are brilliant, had troubles with finding out where she is on surgery waiting list. Most of the people who we come in contact with have been good. Keeping you informed about waiting.
Doctor is amazing
September 15, 2022
Doctor is amazing sorts out prescription and see my son every 4 months. A&E don’t understand my concerns but consultant in nephrology department is helpful. The nurses and doctors are good at making him feel comfortable as gloves and masks freak him out, so they take them off to ease him in.
