Brilliant

Never had a fault with them. Brilliant, when I couldn't get a face to face appointment they'd do it over video call. The woman who I spoke to said there was nothing they could do. They were very apologetic, said she would have to refer her to Allens Croft because it wasn't a medical issue, it was more development.

4 hours was awful

The long wait, 4 hours was awful at Children’s hospital. Doctor look and gave tablets, 4 hours and many children there. Helpless but too long. They must act a bit quicker. Many children crying not good experience.

They didn’t do anything

Never asked what the situation is. The doctors are going up and down and they didn’t do anything. I asked the questions and they didn’t answer. Blood test and waiting long time for and still didn’t know what was wrong They have to help.

Saved my sons life

They saved my sons life. He had cancer and they referred him for proton treatment in Germany. The communication was great, everyone he came in contact with was great. The whole hospital is just amazing.

Lovely healthcare professionals

Long wait for prescriptions can take an hour. The staff individually, nurses and the healthcare professionals, are all lovely. I can also get appointments quite quickly.
