Left not knowing what was going on.

Long wait in A&E twice and stuff. Was fine. I've come for an appointment at main outpatients. Weren't told which department just says main outpatients on the letters and texts. Last time we saw the surgeon they said 2 year old would need an operation and then did not explain anything further as the surgeon disappeared so left not knowing what was going on. Would have liked to have known what was going on.
Good staff, good hospital and communication.

Sent texts, emails and stuff. It's not far to get to. Good hospital and good staff. Good communication when we are here. We have used A&E and they have been good at helping us.

It's my second time. Really good. My dad brings me and he gets the things out of the vending machine. That's good, that's my favourite part and they ask me about food.
Doctors made me feel comfortable

Been alright, I have been before and was quickly referred on this time too. Doctors are always good and make me feel comfortable.

It's all been good. It took a couple of months to be referred on from GP. Sent texts and emails about appointments. Having surgery for a hernia so not sure what department we were seeing as it's the first visit, but all has been good so far.
Provided very good treatment

They have provided very good treatment to my son. He was an inpatient for few weeks over there.
Friendly staff, good follow up.

They're good. Staff are friendly, the follow up is good, they send us letter, text messages and emails about appointments etc, they're really good. Communication is useful with knowing what's what.
Long wait for repeat blood test

Had blood tests at the hospital. I was ridiculous, they wanted the blood repeated after 6 weeks yet they've still haven't sent an appointment.
Waited 5 months for appointment

Been good, not been waiting long today but waited 5 months for appointment. Staff have been good and helpful. They answer all the questions we had.

Been okay, communication is good they contact us through emails, texts and letters. Staff has been lovely. Referred on to ENT by GP in November but given an appointment in August. But they did warn us that there would be a wait at the time of referral.
