CESS team had put in measures for mental health support as soon as we were transferred from new cross hospital. They were really good.
Felt very cared for

Used it quite a lot and had a stay at ward 10 for a week, felt very cared for. Communication was appropriate for someone of my age. Youth workers and physio’s were good. they speak to me rather then parents about my care. Nurses go above and beyond. House keeping would even check you in and tell you about things and sit & chat.

Good experience, blood test for daughter, can be a bit of a wait for blood texts but they keep us updated.

Its been fine. Previously been here brought other daughter here, was happy with the care. Bloods take a bit long. See people come out and long wait to go back in could do with more information on what’s going on. Appointment was at 10:20 and been waiting a while.

Blood test, quite quick. They have been waiting for treatment at hospital for 4 years. They have treated him very well.

Been ages ago but today really quick. Doctor was really nice, good rapport with my daughter. Made her feel comfortable. Pediatricians seems to be really efficient here. Really good service.

Some of nurses are quite rude, stayed for month. Nurse kept going on telling me, I couldn’t use my phone. Come for x-ray and now waiting to see the doctor. I have been waiting for 30 minutes.
Comes quite regularly

I come quite regularly, at least once a year to hearing department. Doctors interact really well with her. Send emails and letters about upcoming appointments and explain things well about her care. You can’t fault them really. Had hearing problem, seen consultant and now waiting for setting changed on hearing aids. I have to wait for appointments, which is fine.
