Send to A&E at 9:30pm left at 8am. Left in waiting room with no information. They gave us info and helped in the end, it’s a long process.
Waited 3 hours which is normal I guess

Fine A&E dept waited 3 hours which is normal I guess. Was seen by junior doctor and they were good with him.

We had a terrible experience, it should be a nice experience, don’t forget children are ill. He has phobia of needles. Took a long time to have the drip taken out. They said we could leave and still had a drip in. they did apologize.
Needs a shop here with food etc

Had appointment with doctor and they sent him to A&E, ended up being admitted and on drip. He was really poorly. Needs a shop here with food etc. if you are a single parent need to have basic things .
Staff are good and activities for kids

Been good today. They saw him quite quickly. He likes coming here, I think. He likes the activities they do and the staff are good too. Always good here I say.
Good at information sharing

My sister had an operation for talipes a couple of weeks ago as she has club feet. She's had about 8 operations since birth. They were good at sharing information and letting us know what was going on.

It's our first visit for my child today, but the receptionist was lovely. They send text messages and letters are sent in the post prior to the appointment. We were referred from Manor Hospital and have been waiting quite a few months, I've had to chase what was going on as its a problem that's been going on for too long.

We used the ENT department and my daughter has a scan done. Been here years, they're brilliant can't fault them, they're fantastic, they're always really helpful.
I like the hospital and entertainment

They give you entertainment whilst you wait for your appointment. It's my first time here but I like it.
