It’s been okay. Sometimes a bit of a wait but it’s always okay. They send letters about appointments.
Long waits for pharmacy

Long waits for pharmacy, put prescription in before an appointment and not ready when we have finished up. Can wait up to 40 minutes for appointment.

It was good, he ended up at the A&E department, we waited 2 hours and was and was seen by a doctor. He was treated well by the doctors and they let me know what to do and then they gave him medicine and discharged him.

Amazing, can’t fault the care. Prefer to come here over own hospital back home. Can’t fault them they have kept us well informed about son’s care and send letters in timely manner.

Amazing, clean and organised. Keep kids entertained that makes it appealing to the children. They are good but can wait a while in A&E, it can be 7 to 8 hours. But usually seen within 4 hours, we were lucky. Staff are over worked but do a brilliant job. Blood test today.
