Car park not easy

Car park not easy, other than car parking we like coming here. People at the Redditch children’s Centre interact with here well and they are very good. I like that they send paper and text message reminders for appointments.

Happy under new departments, they all speak and communicate with one another. He has a major operation next week and they have been communicating with what’s happening.

Come here quite often. Its fine and good. Find where we head to so easily and people are helpful. Letters are sent well in advance.

Really good, under audiology and ENT. Happy with experience. Most people interact with 5 year old son very well. He was here for years and some staff still recognize him from many years ago.

Really good and helpful. For appointment at ENT today but lots of staff off and they have no theater space, but said they will book another appointment.

Fantastic, all the staff at the hospital are friendly and ready to help. My three years old daughter been here before, referred us from Walsall Manor hospital and referral was quite quick.

Good got a referral from a doctor, taken a long time for appointment. Booked at start of December. Staff have been good so far.

Good he has been here several times, been waiting since he was 8 years old for an operation for a squint because of Covid he didn’t have it and a new appointments hasn’t been made. The more longer its left the worse it gets.
