Its okay, came for blood test and appointment was fine.

Good at the hospital. Lots of things to do with my son. He likes it here.
No one to assist.

Patients carer attending appointment with a letter in a language they cannot read. Hard to see which part of the letter states part of hospital they should report at as letter 2 A4 pages. Patient was standing lost inside main entrance, no one to assist.

Its really good. All staff no matter who you come in contact with. They accommodate whatever you come with. They are very friendly and warm. Good thing is it doesn’t feel like a hospital, it’s quite homely, they accommodate us all including my son.

BCH very nice. Communicate about appointments and let us know what’s going on. Understood everything they were saying.
