I've had no issues at all using the hospital. All is well for my children.

It's quiet. We've never waited that long. She's always had a good time coming here.

My 14 year old granddaughter and 10 year old grandson have used it since they were babies. They go to the dental, physio and neurology departments. They're brill, never had any trouble. Today they are running behind. Even on wards they were fantastic.

Cleft team are helpful.

The hospital is good, doctors are good, everybody is helpful. The cleft team are very helpful. All the time they give you information and the nurse phones me from the cleft palate team and asks if my daughter needs anything.
It's okay seeing the doctor

It's okay, but its kind of long for them to call your name for the appointment. It's okay seeing the doctor. They let me know what is happening.

I have been attending for many years. The staff make the children feel at ease; they have colouring sheets and crayons for waiting children and generally have an affable demeanour. There can be a wait if you are using several services with the one appointment, however, the experience has been very positive and we are most fortunate to have this service for our children.
Always crowded but they help me

That place is always crowded. So you end up spending the whole day there. Usually can take up to 6 hours. They do help me when I go there, and my daughter.

He gets what he needs. He has a good team and a good paediatrician.

Referral from GP. Been for blood tests and no issues with pediatrician or waiting or getting through. Can wait a long time for blood tests.
