Best children’s hospital

We were referred from Stafford to BCH for a specialist treatment. No doubt it’s the best children’s hospital.

Our appointment was at 11am and it’s 12:30pm and we are still waiting but they have kept us fully informed, which is very good.
Doctors are good but long way to come

Use it 4 times they're pretty good yeah. We come every 6 months for follow up appointments. The only thing we find, any tests she has to have, we have to travel all the way here and back home, it's quite difficult. Communication could be better in general because were not from round here, it can be difficult.
Doctors and nurses are okay

I've been here a few times because I have epilepsy. It's okay speaking with the doctors and nurses.
Doctors are very good

I've been coming here for 9 years, my children were premature and they referred them here to check their weight. The doctors have been good. They send me letters and messages telling me about the appointments. If I don't understand, they bring the interpreter and if one is not available I get one over the phone. Until now the doctors have been very good, I have not seen a bad doctor.
