Its always been lovely up here

We come here monthly, Its always been lovely up here. Everyone is so nice. I phoned up yesterday to say daughter hadn’t been well and she was due to come for blood tests and then the consultant made an appointment for her to come today.

Come here every three months, they are brilliant. Couldn’t knock them. Telephone calls over Covid and if they see him when they can.

Very slow to be honest. A&E - daughter went in and was waiting a few hours to be seen whereas son was taken by ambulance with breathing difficulties, and they saw him straight away. Kept him on a machine and kept a close eye on him.
They were good, triage nurse was awful

They were good. Triage nurse was awful and had to put a complaint to PALs. Concerning she was a triage nurse seeing all these children in hospital

My son had a MRI scan at 10 weeks old. Came back out. Scans clear, they were good.
