It's ok

It's ok, just that hospital is quite small were patients stay.

Went to toilets way unhygienic for a hospital

I was at the Children’s hospital with my sons, was quite quick today. Went to toilets way unhygienic for a hospital.

We are pleased to learn that you were seen quite quickly that day, but it is disappointing to learn that the toilets were not up to our usual high standards. The toilets are checked on a regular basis, and we are sorry that you did not find them hygienic on this occasion. We hope that your future visits to Birmingham Children's Hospital are more positive, but please do report any problems with the toilets to our colleagues on the Welcome Desk, at the front of the hospital, and they will contact the Facilities team to ensure they are cleaned as soon as possible. Waiting since long still not seen

My appointment is for 12 pm but now it’s 12:45 pm, which means my son is missing more school time than he should.

Never get a doctor’s appointment

Told can’t be seen if more than 15 minutes late, I did not arrive later than 15 minutes and they still said I could not be seen.

The decision not to see you would have been at the discretion of the doctor seeing you, and is dependent on how busy the clinic is, and the clinical need of the patients, amongst other factors. Good check in system but long wait to be seen

I am not impressed with the service !

They have taken over two years to tell me what’s wrong with my daughter, making me travel to different hospitals to get results. My daughter is always sick. I am not impressed with the service !
