two weeks later. I feel that they are very disrespectful and don’t treat me well. For example for a blood test they used a rubber glove over my hand instead of proper equipment. I feel that there is a long waiting time and no check-ups. There is never enough time to get appropriate information and when I ask for it they just say that the appointment time is up. I feel that they just dismiss me. Because they don’t provide interpreters I feel I can’t always express myself properly and there isn’t enough time to be understood. They just give medication without examination. Once I came for ear check-up and the nurse put cold water in my ear to clean, but is caused an infection. The lady in the reception is very disrespectful and is not helpful when trying to book appointments. My mother, who is 73, gets no medical attention, even though she has an eye problem and high cholesterol.
