We would like to start by thanking you for taking the time out to leave us feedback. As a practice we aim to provide excellent clinical treatment coupled with a supportive and empathetic patient welcome. We apologise if you felt that we did not deliver on this occasion.
I am not at liberty to discuss individual cases over an internet platform however we felt that your concerns were dealt with at a practice level by way of an apology from the dentist if you felt the treatment was rushed, an invitation to attend once again free of charge and waiving the fee. Dentists are trained in a manner which allows them to perform treatments, particularly check ups and scale and polishes independently; they are independent practitioners and the dental nurses are there to support their needs whether that be through the treatment or preparing materials/instruments for them.
As a practice we aim to be as reasonable as possible however these are within appropriate parameters. We welcome constructive feedback on any aspect of care and hope you are able to voice this on a practice level where the issues may be addressed.
