Feel like an inconvenience
April 12, 2023
I find them to be an unhelpful practice, I've been wanting to change for a while now. You feel like an inconvenience and it feels like they don't care sometimes. I find that they often change their minds about making a diagnosis.
Long wait to follow up blood test
April 11, 2023
I had a white blood count here before covid. They said it would need redoing as it was low. This test was not repeated until 2021 and then I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. If I want to book appointments, you have to do it all online or go into the surgery.
GP rubbish - may as well not exist
April 11, 2023
My GP may as well not exist, they're rubbish. I often think what's the point. I don't want to be ill because I don't think I'll get an appointment. They're rubbish!

Changed to this surgery during covid
September 23, 2022
Nightmare to see a GP. Sometimes a telephone consultation is simply not good enough.
Seen immediately
August 18, 2022
They saw my daughter face to face for a rash on the same morning after ringing NHS 111. They saw us immediately.

Disgusting
December 22, 2021
Travelled to the surgery and was told, "Your aneurysm test has been cancelled." This is the second time its been cancelled and they couldn't even be bothered to send me a text. This practice is a prime example of why the NHS is failing, I'm a plumber and I've never cancelled a job yet. I always arrive on time and I don't irritate the customers. They should take a leaf out of my book. This said, it doesn't surprise me why there are so many anti-vaccine people out there, Maybe they're just tired of medical people who can't or just won't do their job properly. My parting words were, "Do not ever contact me again!"and I meant it.
I can’t afford the prescription
December 8, 2021
They prescribe my inhalers for Asthma, couldn’t afford them, so was using the son’s and was told off by my doctor. I can’t afford the prescription, I need at least 3 inhalers which cost £9 each.
