Insensitive consultant. Not impressed.

I went to City hospital for a bladder related check up. I was not impressed at all by the service provided. The consultant was quite insensitive about the issue. Communication and information provided was below average.
They ignored the buzzer all night.

My first son was born here and I had a very bad experience here. After giving birth when I was moved to the ward the nurses ignored and avoided me by not responding to the buzzer at all for a full night. They were rude and unhelpful.
Busy, dirty and rude staff at A&E

The A&E is very busy and very dirty. It's not very nice and you wait so so long. It's horrible. The staff can be rude too. I don't like it. I avoid it like the plague.

I go there for blood screening and scans. They communicate very well through email, SMS and letter.

I went here for bloods and scans. Very helpful staff. The hospital is very clean.
Wasn't offered a hot or cold drink in 6 hours

I went to A&E and I waited for 6 hours before I was seen by a doctor and was not offered any hot or cold drinks whilst I was there.
A very long wait.

A very long wait and in the end they just send you back home with only pain killers.

I went to the treatment centre for bloods a number of times. They have very kind and helpful staff. They posted the results within a week and also informed my GP about the test results.
Couldn't fault the care I received.

I was in here when I had covid and I had great care. The staff were there one day and not the next as covid was getting everyone but I couldn't fault the care.
