Better when they had the online system

It was fine when we could do it online but then they stopped it and now it's over the phone and I have to call at 8am. They do a call back system.

I went into surgery late one evening and they filled in forms for me. Then they gave me an appointment via text. The GP was brilliant and explained everything. I ring them for appointments and they sort one very quickly.
Always get an appointment

Good. Fairly simple and always get through and get an appointment or advice if needed. The staff are very polite.
Given me medication and did some tests

I have type 2 diabetes. I had a blood and urine test as my kidneys aren't working properly so they have given me medication. It has side effects and so I told them and they said they would do a review next week. They also gave me a blood pressure machine and I can now send the result as and when they need them.

I don't see them very often but when I need to I can book appointments with ease. The staff are very helpful and polite.

Good, they're fine. I've not tried the new system yet on the app which I have been told works fine. They have been so good in the past giving me appointments and the staff are very courteous.
Helpful GPs but not reception staff
