No appointments, rude staff and lack of support for patients. No consideration for kids and elderly patients.

My husband is houseband I ring for his prescriptions receptionist are brilliant take what I need send it to Chemist not a problem.doctors there when I need them.

I have been with Cofton Medical Practice since moving into the area 40+ years ago. I did have a serious illness, now recovered, and they were excellent and caring. I since moved but stayed with the same practice as they know me and my records. I do not go unless absolutely necessary and also use the pharmacist for colds etc. The practice will phone you to make appointments for the doctors and text you as a reminder.

My daughter has eczema all over and I have had cream however I have not been asked to re-attend for any follow up. I have had to ask the pharmacist for a repeat prescription.
