They could be more helpful.

I sit on the phone, waiting in the queue, feeling like a lemon. I went to see them about my sciatica and they said there wasn't much they could do about it. The GPs could be a lot more helpful.

Went in with pains in my pelvis. They made me an appointment to have blood tests and I received the results quickly. Another time I was having other issues and they made me a next day appointment. They are really good, really helpful.

Fine, they're good. I have been with them for a few years and the staff are all friendly. I can also get appointments. They call you back and triage you.

Excellent, no issues there at all. I go to see the nurse and she is excellent. I have never had any trouble with the NHS.

I have received consistent care from my GP. I have been back several times due to complications from surgery. They have advised I go to the hospital and get treatment. They have seen me quickly each time.

Good and easy to get appointments face to face the same day. I have also been for vaccines and it's the same nurse which is good. It's a good service for all our family.
Didn't get my results.

It's pretty good but I have blood tests and didn't get any feedback about them. I don't know my results.
