Makes me feel happy

When I get all checked out it makes me feel happy. Due to go up there soon for an appointment.
Long waiting times

My husband needed a urgent blood test and the earliest date they have given us is 15th Oct.
Its difficult to see them

Its difficult to see them or even a call back and they claim they are not going face to face. It’s a nightmare.
Wonderful

They've been wonderful. There's one particular doctor that listens to you. But certain things they can't do over the phone and will see you face to face.
Don't want to ring them

Receptionists are a bit of a hassle, they have an attitude and no respect at all. You don't want to ring them. Can get call backs and they only see you face to face if its an emergency.

So far so good at the moment. Used to be able to walk in and get an appointment before Covid. It's hard to see a doctor now. They prescribe over the phone. They do listen as they referred my daughter to a specialist after calling them twice.

This is the best surgery I’ve used , I ring for advice and within a short time the doctor always rings me back . I cannot find any thing wrong at all . Well done to all the Doctors, nurses and recipients your all great
