Went for blood tests and B12 the nurse was very efficient, helpful, took her time to listen and no problems with the procedure.

I had appointment with the nurse who was waiting for me, straight in. She did my review and bloods and recommended I make a appointment to see GP, I spoke to the lovely receptionist and asked if it was possible for a appointment asap, She spoke to a doctor and was seen within 20 minutes Who was so nice and listened to me. I am going through quite a bad time at the moment but don't like to bother ppl but came out feeling alot better than when I arrived . Would like to say a massive Thank you for such a caring practice and to all the staff for being so helpful and understanding ...

Smear tests are often awful and uncomfortable, and while there was some discomfort in the test itself, the nurse could not have been better. She explained everything and put me completely at ease. She didn’t keep me in the dark about anything, and explained words I didn’t know.

I went for a routine review of my health. The nurse was very friendly and ran a few checks with lovely and polite attitude. She drew blood without issue and gave me some helpful advice. Overall I had a great experience with no problems and would like to praise her and all the staff for how well I have been treated every time I attend. Especially with the heat, it can't be easy.
