I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time. I was greeted courteously by the receptionist who directed me to the first draw waiting area.
Approximately two minutes after my appointment time, I was called by the phlebotomist, Who was extremely courteous and professional. Within a few minutes, my blood sample had been taken and I was able to leave. The phlebotomist answered my questions and gave me a likely timescale for the availability of my results. Altogether, a pleasant experience.

Nurse is amazing, listens & makes you feel at ease. Never rushed takes the time that is required for the patient. Receptionists ALWAYS friendly & helpful.

I have recently joined as a new patient. Since joining, I had few issues requiring appts with drs and nurses. All the interactions with receptionist have been great, she has always been kind polite and willing to help. Nurses are amazing and dr that I have seen during appts did listen to my concerns and acted accordingly. Very pleased! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Best practice!!

Only been with college green under a year and was called in for annual check, meds, health etc. At my previous surgery, 30 years, not once called in to check meds or health check. Thank you college green you identified I have a irregular heartbeat and you followed up quickly, the reception team, the medical assistant to the doctors, thank you, so glad whole family moved here
