I had left my medication at home. I work away from him. Spoke to a task supervisor at the practice who arranged for me to collect a weeks supply at a local pharmacy to where I was working.
Never struggle to see them.

Since transferring about a year ago I have had the best experience of primary care ever and most recently being able to choose which GP I saw. Very short waits to speak to someone and to access an outcome whether seeing a medic or other staff at the practice. Full re-assessment after transfer from my previous practice where all the waiting problems were still an issue.

The team acted as one for a seamless experience. I was fully informed of the injection and possible side effects to look out for. I was also able to get some information on my ongoing illness and given some guidance on how to deal with the issue at this time.

The nurse I saw was very welcoming. She carried out the procedure with total professionalism which put me in very relaxed mood. I left with a spring in my step, and happy mood.
