They're good. I can call or phone. They are quick too and they give good advice.

My concern is the online system and not everyone being able to use the service. They do let me book on the phones though. They're good.
They're a good GP

I got an urgent appointment with them and they told me I should go to A&E with all the pain I was in. They're a good GP in general, no issues with appointments or trying to get one.

Always very responsive and never had to wait long. The doctor is very empathetic and has a good bedside manner. They're really brilliant.

A lovely midwife, really nice and I can contact her easily. Accessible and I can get GP appointments too which is really good.
Friendly, professional, and helpful

I received a text asking me if I wanted a Covid booster (I have an autoimmune condition). I replied yes, and then had a phone call from the surgery; they booked me in at a convenient time. The appointment was yesterday, and all the staff were friendly, professional, and on time. This experience mirrors every other interaction I’ve had with the surgery: friendly, professional, and helpful.

A good experience and no long waits. NHS 111 made the appointment for me here and they're okay.

Really good with children and can get appointments. They're very consistent in monitoring ITC and regular asthmatic check ups. They're responsive and proactive. The nurses are really really good too.
Can't use the online system

They're constantly getting in touch about BP readings and health checks but when you're ill you can't get in contact with them or get an appointment. I have to go in and make my husbands appointments as we can't use the online system and he is going blind. You have to push to see them.
