Been a few times to have dressings changed. The nurse has been really good. I also have to have my bloods done today and that was very good.

I got an appointment straight away. I called and they gave me a same day appointment. I was surprised because they tell me to go online and fill out a form. The staff are very good and helpful.

I had an appointment with the doctor. They were good and they listened. The appointment was arranged really quickly and they said they will refer me onto the hospital if I need it.

It didn't take long to get an appointment. It was absolutely fine and a lovely lady. I was seen on time and had my bloods done. The surgery is very good.

Since being a member of this practice I am pleased with every aspect of my care. I have found that getting an appointment is easy and I have never been forced to wait. My experience of this practice is based on comparisons with other local practices with which I had previously been a patient. The premises are always clean, the staff are polite and the doctors are professional and caring. I have just read the recent CQC report and I am pleased to see that the practice has received exactly the kind of report that it deserves.
