My experience with the nurse was fine no problem at all.
My little complaint is that the booking in machine told me to wait in the ground floor waiting room, which I did, and missed my appointment time because someone jumped the queue. If the booking in machine had said “ wait outside room A “ I would have heard my name called and not had to wait an extra 15 minutes
