Reassuring and informative

The team acted as one for a seamless experience. I was fully informed of the injection and possible side effects to look out for. I was also able to get some information on my ongoing illness and given some guidance on how to deal with the issue at this time.

The nurse I saw was very welcoming. She carried out the procedure with total professionalism which put me in very relaxed mood. I left with a spring in my step, and happy mood.

The Dr is an incredible gentleman. You definitely have a genuine family GP feeling. As a nervous mum I felt he was thorough and explained everything he was doing with my child. I would definitely see him again if I ever needed to for my child or myself.
