GP listens to me.

My GP is very good. She listens to me and always tries to help out. Reception staff are also very accommodating.
Receptionist helped with my list of issues.

Accessing the GP website that is unsophisticated took ages to create an account for the GP. I had everything with me and it took a long time which someone would give up on. My husband had 4 hours notice for pneumonia vaccine. The communication was poor. I have a feeling they aren't focused on preventable stuff. The reception staff were brilliant and knew how things worked, very knowledgeable. The one receptionists worked through my list of issues.

Very helpful and kind GP but at times it's difficult to get an appointment.

Appointments are fairly good. Same day appointments are available if you call at 8:30am but not always with the same GP. If you want the same GP you just have to wait a while longer. We wait as we want someone who knows our sons history so we don't have to explain every time.

Cancelled 4 appointments

Gp, has cancelled 4 appts for blood tests and forgot to tell me. 4 times taking time off work!
I tore my rotator cuff in Dec 2021, Gp took 6 months to refer me and I am still waiting for surgery! NHS...no hope service!

Very good and helpful especially during covid. The GP is always available when I need to see him. A very good service.
Gave me spray without any further tests

I've been going to the GP for a long time and they just give me a spray. No blood tests or referral onto another service. No advice about going to a hospital or anything. The doctor advised and gave medication over the phone. They didn't see me. I called the GP as my daughter had a fever. They said they would call back and they never did.
