The nurse explained in detail what she was doing so made me feel very relaxed. Also I was amazed that the ECG result was pretty instant. It was a very good experience .

On time app, with extremely professional, polite, genuinely caring medical professional. Thank you for making me feel relaxed and at ease. The nurse I saw was friendly, reassuring listened and responded to what I said.. See was helpful in showing me on screen some of the information relevant to me.
Reception staff were efficient and helpful. Appointment was very close to time.

I was booked in for a 40 minute appointment which only took 20 minutes. I was expecting a doctor so I could ask some questions but this wasn’t the case. Brisk and efficient but rather impersonal.
