Very prompt and the nurse was brilliant

I was anxious beforehand but the nurse was so reassuring and showed confidence which was great. A potentially painful procedure was carried out with care and understanding.

Nurse was very kind and understanding. Listened to what I said and answered my concerns appropriately. I didn't feel rushed. Very good service.
Helpful but paperwork sometimes a problem

Access is usually not a problem but paper work can get muddled, lost etc but is soon corrected when you draw attention to it.

Doctor was lovely went for pain killers for replacement knee she explained everything about painkiller she was giving me I felt very comfortable with her lovely lady.
