Yesterday a Nurse who visits actually pulled me aside and wanted to praise the staff for the wonderful care that they give all our residents. It was so touching to hear relatives and allied professionals acknowledge outstanding care and we will also invest heavily to ensure our staff are the best that they can possibly be.
