Not getting prescription

Requested a repeat prescription on line. Prescription not at the pharmacy. Went to the surgery next door & was told it was passed to the pharmacy under a 'green' prescription. Went back to the pharmacy & they confirmed again they didn't have it. The pharmacist went to the surgery. They couldn't work out what happened so said they would get it signed off by the doctor as an emergency. I have been back twice since then & they still haven't got this signed off. My prescription is now over THREE WEEKS overdue.
