Worst Experience Ever
In Feb I was on the phone for over half an hour before I put it down. Tried again and was told I would have to book an appointment for mid march. Phoned the following Monday and was told I could have an appointment on Friday. Staff can be rude, surgery is boring and run down. Phoned up regarding a referral made on that Friday and was told that I would have to wait til Tuesday for a telephone confirmation. No clear communication between the hospital and GP - As Hospital letter arrived 2 months after the appointment.
