Can't get an appointment
Difficult to get through on the phone and can't get an appointment. Have to call at 8am and can be on the phone for an hour or more, then a nurse practitioner or GP call back to assess if an appointment is necessary. You have to wait by the phone for them to call back - sometimes this can be hours which means it's easy to miss the call if you have to leave the room. When they do call back they can't always offer an appointment which means you have to go through he entire process again the next day
