I have an advanced OA, Originally gave paracetamol, than got olanzapine off my GP, now getting it as repeat prescription.
Can't get an appointment

Difficult to get through on the phone and can't get an appointment. Have to call at 8am and can be on the phone for an hour or more, then a nurse practitioner or GP call back to assess if an appointment is necessary. You have to wait by the phone for them to call back - sometimes this can be hours which means it's easy to miss the call if you have to leave the room. When they do call back they can't always offer an appointment which means you have to go through he entire process again the next day
Difficult to book an appointment

Difficult to book an appointment, but once appointment booked, GP is good. I'm worried about online booking and not being able to access it, as it's more difficult to book online than phone. Had a problem with the GP, as the GP system had removed my details, so I was unable to book an appointment.
Can't get an appointment

Phones are constantly changing number so can't get an appointment. Need to improve greatly with communication regarding getting an appointment.

The staff front of house have improved over the years and they seem to be seeking to improve their services by getting their patients to join their PPA Group.
