They are a good surgery. The only thing I don't like is the phone lines are engaged all of the time and there is a long wait.

Not good because it's very difficult to get an appointment and reception staff are rude.

Very hard to get an appointment.

Very helpful during pregnancy both times. I was referred to City hospital with pregnancy related complications.

The GP is good and helpful but getting an appointment is very difficult.

When they don’t pick up call for appointments Patient comes to surgery early in morning before 8 am but they don’t have slot to them appointments
People waste the money for taxi fare. Bus fare to get appointments at the surgery waste energy early morning but they don’t care
They says it’s our surgery policy we can’t make appointment at reception
So why the reception

I am with them since last 20 years and have got appointments all the time when I needed.

They are okay no issues. I see a doctor when I need to.

I only registered with them the other day and it was easy. I'm finally getting my inhalers and medication. The doctors are sound, It's all good there.

Last seen 3 years ago, difficult to get an appointment since COVID. No help provided with my menopause not offered medication for it due to other medication I was on, but not offered an alternative.
