Very good, received a call for my first jab, asked if the time and date would be convenient, when I got there it was quite busy but I only had to wait about 15 minutes and it was the same for my second jab, very well organised and very helpful staff.

It overly difficult to book an appointment as and when do you require.Long waiting times to be connected and unavailability of appointment most of the times.

Really difficult to get an appointment- care is ok but have to spend ages on the phone to get one.
