They are fine. They monitored me for cardiology and then referred me on.

They don't pick up the phones at all. Receptionists are very rude and unhelpful. The GPs don't listen and are always in a rush to see the next patient.

I have not used them much but they did get me a referral. They were good when I last used them. They listened to me.

One cannot get thru to make an appointment. been trying for a month.

I've phoned three Wednesday mornings now at 8am, supposed to call me back when I'm number one. Never called me back. Phoned later call can't be connected? Can't even leave a message on the app. What is going on ?

I have relocated and changed my GP. They have been good. I am okay with them. The service is good. They're approachable and polite. They're alright. The doctor is good with communicating with me and even followed up. I am quite satisfied with them.

Absolutely perfect. There's no issues with appointments and I've found them really good. I only really go for medication reviews which they do regularly and on time.

Everything is good. They see us, give us appointments. I went with issues and they referred me on quickly to the hospital to have further tests. Very good.

No problems all very good. They pick up every time I call them and I can get appointments. Staff are very good. They send text messages and I tell them their service is very good.

I called 5 days in a row and have been without an inhaler for 5 days and my chest is tight. The system is set up to help people on a first come first serve basis. I registered with them a month and a half ago and still haven't see a doctor. I have had to come in to see if I can get a call back from a doctor today and they said I could get a call back which is a positive. It's progress
