Enki Medical Practice

The GP is good and helpful but getting an appointment is very difficult.

My experience with Enki Medical Practice is zero I don’t have any wording lower then zero
If I got choice I’ll do
There’s appointment chance is .01%
When they don’t pick up call for appointments Patient comes to surgery early in morning before 8 am but they don’t have slot to them appointments
People waste the money for taxi fare. Bus fare to get appointments at the surgery waste energy early morning but they don’t care
They says it’s our surgery policy we can’t make appointment at reception
So why the reception
I don’t understand

I am with them since last 20 years and have got appointments all the time when I needed.

They are okay no issues. I see a doctor when I need to.

I only registered with them the other day and it was easy. I'm finally getting my inhalers and medication. The doctors are sound, It's all good there.

Last seen 3 years ago, difficult to get an appointment since COVID. No help provided with my menopause not offered medication for it due to other medication I was on, but not offered an alternative.

Come out to me and did my covid vaccination. They organised everything. They were very, very good.

They're okay, every time I call them I'm waiting a long time for them to answer. I suffer with a skin condition and they said they would refer me to the hospital and I am yet to hear anything. Also, the doctor does not pronounce my name correctly even after correcting them and asking for it to be noted on my file. They don't have my next of kins details on the system after telling them the details several times.

They don't have appointments. I called them many times and they claim they don't have anything available. I called to book my daughter in and was given the same answer, no appointments were available.

It's a bit tedious. If I had a mobile they could do it over the phone. But I'm disabled so I shouldn't have to go to the surgery.
