Its alright

I was having pain and it was hard to get an appointment. The service is alright. They don't talk much and wrap it up quickly to get to the next patient. It's mainly phone appointments too.

Excellent online appointments system and the GPs are very friendly and helpful.

Good, very good. I hardly use them but last time I used them I had no problems getting through or getting an appointment. It's a big practice so I don't feel that I have to wait that long.
Could improve appointment booking

They could make booking appointments better as you have to wait a long time. You won't get a same day appointment.

Very challenging and time consuming process to book an appointment. The reception staff are also rude and unhelpful.
